We have tried for five years to make this dream come true with a full service bookstore for East Texans.

Unfortunately, the bad economy has hurt our customers and our store as well, forcing us to make the decision to close our doors. The Liquidation Sale will run from March 1st, 2011, to December 31st, 2011, or until all merchandise and fixtures are gone, whichever comes first.

We have US 69 frontage with plenty of parking at the front and side of the store, and, if you are pulling a trailer, we have a west driveway to pull in and park off FM 2493. Take a break and "set a spell".

Come and enjoy our Texas Café where we can make you a multitude of different flavored cappuccinos, lattes or frappuccinos. Sip coffee while perusing a book or magazine.

Do you need a meeting place for a small group or club? Book the Texas Café! We currently hold monthly meetings for East Texas Writers Guild, as well as Mothers of Multiples, Mothers of Many, Canasta groups, Appaloosa Horse Club and many different Book Clubs! Meetings scheduled during regular business hours are free.

The Texas Store events are not to be missed! From our Holiday Open House to our Genre Themed Blowout Events we always have a regular schedule of book signings from local authors. Be sure to check out our Calendar of Events for upcoming authors and times.
